No Return / Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns or offer replacements for products once delivered, except in cases of damaged or defective products.


Damaged Product Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide a replacement under the following conditions:

  1. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video:
    You must share a clear video of the package being opened from the moment it is sealed.
    • This video is essential for verifying damage caused during shipping.
    • No replacement will be processed without this video proof.
  2. Reporting Timeframe:
    • You must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
    • Requests made after this period will not be considered.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable, unless a replacement is not possible for the damaged product.
  • Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.


Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Do not send the product back to the manufacturer Glaxy Exports.
